You can reach our Forums and Support site 24x7.  In the event that our Support site is unable to resolve your issue, our team will gladly help you.

 

Email Support

Tickets submitted through the Support site will be responded to within 2 hours if submitted Monday through Friday from 7AM EST to 6PM EST.  Any tickets submitted after those hours will be responded to the following business day.

 

Phone Support

Our phone support is available by calling (877) 856-3370 opt. 2.  Phone support is available from 8AM EST to 6PM EST Monday through Friday.  Calls received during those hours will be responded to the same day.  Calls after those hours will be responded to the following business day.

In order to effectively use timeshEASY without interruption, make sure you have the following minimum system requirements:

General System Requirements:

  • Adobe Flash Player 10.0.22+ plug-in
    • Firefox 1.1+, Internet Explorer 7.0+, Safari 1.0+, or Google Chrome
    • Internet Explorer users must access timeshEASY with Compatibility Mode turned OFF
    • Browser settings must allow cookies
    • Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps

 

PC Specific Requirements:

  • Platform: Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
  • Processor: 500MHz or faster
  • RAM: 128MB or more

 

Mac Specific Requirements:

  • Platform: Mac OS X 10.3 or higher with latest updates installed
  • Processor: 1.83MHz Intel Core Duo or faster
  • RAM: 128MB or more

 

Client Side Firewall / Accessibility Recommendations:

  • Allow javascript and flash for yourfirm.timesheetsareeasy.com
  • Allow javascript and flash for swf.timesheetsareeasy.com

(There may be additional Firewall settings that block timeshEASY at a customer’s firewall, so if you run into accessibility issues please contact timeshEASY support at support@timeshEASY.com)
